INVITATION TO BID FOR
FUEL, OIL, AND LUBRICANTS EXPENSES

1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand One Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P2,377,140.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fuel, Oil, and Lubricants Expenses under PR No. 100-26-01-0208. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for 36,600 liters Diesel and 240 liters Gasoline. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety Calendar Days (90 CDs). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
