1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 3,927,750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
