2ND ROUND OF PROCUREMENT ON THE PROVISION OF CATERING
SERVICES FOR VARIOUS TRAININGS/CONFERENCES
(Goods-EPA-2026-002-2nd Round)
1) The DepEd, SDO Biliran, through the FY 2026 NEP 4 intends to apply the sum of
Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P368,350.00),
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
2ND ROUND OF PROCUREMENT ON THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES
FOR VARIOUS TRAININGS/CONFERENCES (Goods-EPA-2026-002-2nd Round).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DepEd, SDO Biliran now invites bids for the above procurement project 5 . Delivery
of the Goods is required within the dates scheduled by the proponent of each
activity after the acceptance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
completed at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
