The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Transco Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of PhP4,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 2ND PUBLIC BIDDING FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WORKFORCE PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTION under Reference No. PB(2)250312-EA011 / PR No. HRMDD-25-98998. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. TransCo now invites bids for the above procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within One (1) Year from the date of acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed....
