2. The Fuel Card Service Provider shall supply DTI Region XII service vehicles with vehicle-specific Fuel Cards that include the following features:

a. Card Number
b. Office Name
c. Vehicle details (Type of vehicle and vehicle plate number)
d. Product restriction (Type of fuel)
e. Expiration date

3. The Fuel Card Service Provider shall supply the fuel services requirements of DTI Region XII using fuel card technology. It must ensure that the fuel card technology is protected from duplication and hacking.

4. The Fuel Card Service Provider shall provide a transaction slip, receipt, or invoice every time fuel is withdrawn or other services are rendered.

5. The Fuel Card Service Provider must have a service station network in key cities and municipalities across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to dispense fuel for the DTI Region XII service vehicles, following the terms and conditions set in the contract.
