1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (SB No. 03, s-2024, AO No. 2024-623) intends to apply the sum of Eighty Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Seven Pesos and Twelve Centavos (₱84,998,627.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 3 Storey Multi-Purpose Building Phase I located at DDH, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya (3000-1-3-10-001-004, Amendment to the 2024 AIP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
