2nd Invitation to Bid for the PURCHASE OF 350 PCS HEAVY DUTY MONOBLOCK CHAIRS (WITH EMBOSSED LOGO AND STICKER) AND 12 PCS TENT (TOLDA WITH PRINT)

1.The LnB-Bayombong Chapter through the GRANTS AND AID OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP325,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF 350 PCS HEAVY DUTY MONOBLOCK CHAIRS (WITH EMBOSSED LOGO AND STICKER) AND 12 PCS TENT (TOLDA WITH PRINT). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LnB-Bayombong Chapter now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
