The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (2024 Regular Fund (Supplemental Budget No.1, s-2024; Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-612) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos and Thirty Two Centavos (₱11,619,339.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Capitol Compound Sound System and Public Address located at Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya (1000-1-1-01-001-005-032-002, 1st SAIP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
