The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 20% Development Fund (SB No. 03, s-2024, AO No. 2024-623) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty One Pesos & Ninety Two Centavos (₱6,549,961.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Cawayan-Sitio Dennep FTMR, Located at Cawayan, Alfonso Castañeda, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-251). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
