Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator

1. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1,650,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply of Service Vehicle Pick-up Type 4x4 Manual Transmission (M/T) - Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the supplier in accordance with the terms specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Philippine Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
