1. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through 2025 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT PESOS AND FORTY CENTS (P3,106,768.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply of Environmental Pest/Termite Control & Maintenance Program in Calbayog District Hospital Buildings, PHO- Calbayog District Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Services shall be made by the supplier in accordance with the terms specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Philippine Bidding Documents.
