1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through the GAA for 2026 - ILD intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Fifty- Five Thousand Eight Hundred Nineteen Pesos (₱1,555,819.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ff:

Description -ABC (Php)(Inclusive of VAT)
Lot 7 - Pharmaceutical Refrigerator -320,000.00
Lot 11 - Homogenizer -1,235,819.00
Total ₱1,555,819.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5 now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, TESTING & INSTALLATION OF TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR USE OF THE DIFFERENT LABORATORIES UNDER ILD 2026 (LOTS 7 & 11)
