1. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through 2025 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P2,807,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Cluster 25-43 Supply of Foodstuff. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the supplier in accordance with the terms specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Philippine Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
