INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The City Government of Bais invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid Materials to be used to replace illegal fishing gears used by the fisherfolks into legal fishing at stipulated in RA 10654, City Agriculture Office, viz:

The approved budget for the contract is to be taken from 8711-5-02-99-990(20) SWAP-A-Gear Project CY 2025. Partial bids are allowed, however, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

In order to qualify, bidders should conform to the eligibility criteria as prescribed under Sec. 23 and 25 of the Revised IRR-A of R.A. 9184.
