1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the EPA - NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 17,009,253.09 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Surigao-Davao Coastal Rd - K1366 + 000 - K1366 + 893 - 26NH0024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
