The DPWH - SAMAR 2nd DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the HGAB FY 2026 intends to apply the sum indicated hereunder being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following procurement projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, viz:

Completion of the Works is required based on the above-stated contract duration. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
