1) The DPWH-Northern Samar 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 8,329,003.80 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Retrofitting/Strengthening of Permanent Bridges Opong Br. 4 (B00325SM) along Rawis-Catubig Rd, Catubig, Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DPWH-Northern Samar 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for Retrofitting/strengthening of 14.80 ln.m. permanent bridge. Completion of the Works is required 101 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
