1) The DPWH-Northern Samar 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 47,039,885.32 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Off-Carriageway Improvement, Secondary Roads, Catarman-Laoang Rd, K0772+519 - K0774+300, Northern Samar, 2nd District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DPWH-Northern Samar 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for Concreting of 7,176.00 square meters road shoulder (thickness = 0.23m, width = 2.00 meters). Completion of the Works is required 200 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
