1) The DPWH-Northern Samar 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 71,409,862.46 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Widening, Tertiary Roads, Rawis-Catubig Rd, K0795+043 - K0795+873, Northern Samar, 2nd District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DPWH-Northern Samar 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for Concreting/widening of 1.66 lane km of roadway (thickness = 0.28m, width = 3.35 meters) and 2. Concreting of road shoulder 3,320.00 square meters (thickness = 0.23m, width = 2.00 meters). Completion of the Works is required 236 Calendar Days.
