1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Php 49,828,204.77 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 26GP0007 - Road Widening - Iloilo - Capiz Rd (New Route) - K0079+580 - K0079+981, K0093+660 - K0093+777. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
