SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL FOR USE IN THE SERVICE VEHICLES AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT OF THE MAINTENANCE SECTION, DPWH DAVAO ORIENTAL FIRST DEO, BAGANGA (GOOD FOR 1ST QUARTER CY-2026-EPA)

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao Oriental 1st District Engineering Office) through the FY 2026 GAA, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND (PHP1,885,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under Contract I.D No. 26GLF0011 - Supply and delivery of diesel fuel for use in the service vehicles and heavy equipment of the Maintenance Section, DPWH Davao Oriental First Deo, Baganga (good for 1st Quarter CY-2026-EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
