  1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Iloilo 4th District Engineering Office, through the FY 2026 General Appropriation Act, R.A. No. 12314 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4,950,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 26GI0063 - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Bugang, Alimodian, Iloilo, 10.902986, 122.355133. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
