1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Php 73,870,750.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 26G00018 - Iloilo Circumferential Road 2, Santa Barbara, Iloilo - Sta. 2+942 -Sta. 3+576; Sta. 5+103.00 - Sta. 5+632.00; Sta. 2+363-Sta. 2+563. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
