INVITATION TO BID

1) The DPWH - Albay 3rd District Engineering Office, through NEP FY 2026 intends to apply the sum as tabulated below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract/s as stated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2) The DPWH - Albay 3rd District Engineering Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the following Works. Completion of the Works is required within the specified contract duration. Bidders must have completed, within a period specified in the Bidding Documents from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description for eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
