1) The DPWH Camarines Norte District Engineering Office through the FY 2026 Infrastructure Program based on NEP intends to apply the sum of Php 14,849,996.72 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Road, Barangay Bagong Silang III, Labo Camarines Norte Sta. 0+000 - Sta. 0+188.35, Sta. 0+201.85 - Sta. 0+548.50. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
