  Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the APP CY 20263 intends to
  apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIVE
  THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY AND 91/100 PESOS (PHP189,405,990.91)
  being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
  for Bid No. 26-07-03 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
  automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for REHABILITATION
  OF RUNWAY AT ZAMBOANGA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. 4 Completion of the
  Works is required SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS (inclusive of twelve (12)
  unworkable/rainy days). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years
  from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
