  The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the APP FY 20263 intends to
  apply the sum of EIGHTY-ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE
  THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-ONE PESOS AND 38/100 CENTAVOS ONLY
  (Php 81,375,841.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
  under the contract for Bid No. 26-04-03 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC
  shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION
  OF PERIMETER FENCE AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT NEW NAGA AIRPORT. 4
  Completion of the Works is required THREE HUNDRED (300) Calendar Days
  inclusive of TWENTY-THREE (23) RAINY/UNWORKABLE DAYS. Bidders should
  have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of
  bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
