• Tender are invited for 26-02-03 BRAVO "MEALS FOR THE CONDUCT OF BAC/CCC MEETINGS (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)"

  Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), through the FY 2026
  Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Three Million
  Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PHP3,780,000.00) being the Approved
  Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BID NO. 26-02
  03 BRAVO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
  bid opening.
  2) The CAAP now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of
  the Goods is required upon receipt of a Call-offs and/ or as the need arises.
  Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of
  an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.

  3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non
  discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
