1. The DPWH, Negros Oriental 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 1,980,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (BIP) - MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDINGS/ FACILITIES TO SUPPORT SOCIAL SERVICES - CONSTRUCTION (COMPLETION) OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, BARANGAY HIBAIYO, GUIHULNGAN CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL with Contract ID No. 25RG0120. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
