1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Bacolod City District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 BASIC EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FUND (BEFF) intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 16,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25RF0014 - REPAIR/REHABILITATION OF CLASSROOMS, SUM-AG ES, BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
