1. The DPWH Negros Occidental 1st District Engineering Office through the CY 2025 Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) intends to apply the sum of Php 7,199,999.16 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Conservation and Restoration of Gabaldon and Other Heritage School Buildings - Lantad Elementary School, Silay City, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
