1. The DPWH Negros Occidental 1st District Engineering Office through the Regular Infra CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 4,383,072.84 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation / Major Repair of Drainage Structure along Road -Bacolod North Rd (Old Route) - K0074+140 -K0074+304. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
