The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros Island Region Office through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of P 1,900,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25R00006 - Construction of ATOME Station (Container Van Type) at Negros Occidental ATOME Station, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
