The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros Island Region Office through the FY 2024 RA 11975 EXTENDED Special Purpose Fund 2024 Continuing Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of P 226,763,420.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25R00005 - Slope Protection and Stabilization Intervention, Barangay Ara-al, La Carlota, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
