The DPWH-Lower Kalinga District Engineering Office, through the SR2025-05-015040 dtd 5/07/2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 12,437,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25PL0127 - Construction of School Building, Allaguia Elementary School, Pinukpuk, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
