1. The Benguet 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 2,605,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/ Rehabilitation of Rainwater Collection Systems (RWCS), 25PE0044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Moreover, the subtotal amount of bid per location/ beneficiary shall not exceed their indicated individual ABCs, as follows:
