1. The Benguet First District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 3,430,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Retrofitting/Strengthening of Bridge - Balinguay Br. (B02163LZ) along Baguio-Itogon Rd., Itogon, Benguet, 25PE0025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Benguet First District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion
of the Works is required for 60 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
