The Benguet First District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 109,681,900.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Missing Links/New Roads - Itogon - Dalupirip - San Nicolas Road, Itogon, Benguet, 25PE0023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Moreover, the subtotal amount of bid per project component (CW) shall not exceed the indicated individual ABC:
