Description : Invitation to Bid for 25P00040: Repair, Renovation and Expansion of the DBM Secretary-s Cottage

1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Thirty Four Million Eight Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Three Pesos and Ninety Seven Centavos (Php 34,824,923.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25P00040: Repair, Renovation and Expansion of the DBM Secretary-s Cottage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office now invites bids for the Repair, Renovation and Expansion of the DBM Secretary-s Cottage. Completion of the Works is required for Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project.
