1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty One Million Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Ninety Seven Pesos and Eighteen Centavos (Php 241,248,097.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25P00028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days. ...
