Description : Invitation to Bid for Convergence and Special Support Program - Construction/ Improvement of Various Infrastructures in Support of National Security (Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad Program - TIKAS) - Construction of Military Quarters Building, Type 4, PMA, Baguio City, Benguet

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Fifty Three Million Seventy Two Thou-sand Eight Hundred Three Pesos and Twenty Two Centavos (Php 53,072,803.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25P00027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy Five (275) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
