The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Ninety Six Million Four Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos and Ninety Three Centavos (Php 96,493,590.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25P00017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
