1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Ninety Six Million Four Hundred Ninety One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and Thirty Seven Centavos (Php 96,491,533.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25P00013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
