Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon City 1st District Engineering Office, through the F.Y. 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of PHP 24,749,759.50 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25OF0073 - CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (BUILDING 2), BARANGAY BAHAY TORO, QUEZON CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon City 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
