Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon City 1st District Engineering Office, through the F.Y. 2025 NEP (These projects are undertaken through Early Procurement Activity (EPA) adopting the Guidelines of GPBB Circular No. 06-2019) intends to apply the sum of PHP 39,199,260.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25OF0048 - CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE ROAD WITH DRAINAGE AT TIERRA BELLA, BARANGAY CULIAT, QUEZON CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon City 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE (243) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
