The Department of Public Works and Highways Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱49,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction (Completion) of Adela Serra Ty Memorial Hospital, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur - 25NH0125. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
