I. The DPWH-Lanao del Norte 2nd District Engineering Office, through (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum as enumerated below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
