The Department of Public Works and Highways - Zamboanga del Norte 3rd District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 4,950,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25JD0038 - Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building (Municipal Gym), Salug, Zamboanga del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
