1. The DPWH Regional Office IX through the GOP CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php115,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24J00302. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH Regional Office IX through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
