1) The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office IX, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Php9,900,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BIP - Access Roads and/or Bridges from the National Roads connecting to Indigenous People (IP) Communities - Rehabilitation of Road along Halaw Village, Barangay Anuling, Patikul, Sulu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
